Since 2009, GLI has engaged learners representing 40 academic partners. While we primarily engage high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, we welcome learners from all backgrounds. Each program is tailored to meet participants where they are on their educational journey.

GLI staff can fully facilitate and implement programs, or collaborate with faculty and staff from partner institutions.

Faculty-Led & Study Abroad Programs

We work closely with universities and faculty to plan and organize short-term trips that align with their academic expertise. Previous faculty-led experiences have focused on topics such as engineering, music industry, leadership, post-conflict studies, and One Health.

We also work with study abroad offices to design and implement programs. Every GLI trip is led by a GLI staff member, enabling us to lead study abroad experience outside of faculty-led courses.
