This fall, the Global Livingston Institute (GLI) invites you to gather in Denver for a joyful celebration of community, culture, and impact. Our annual event returns with a new theme: Deep Roots — honoring 16 years of building enduring relationships between the U.S. and East Africa.

Since 2009, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with East African and American partners to build programs rooted in trust, collaboration, and long-term impact. From classroom exchanges to women's leadership retreats, and from music festivals to creative entrepreneurship, our work has always grown from the ground up.
